Our passionate team assist residents on a day to day basis with all activities of daily living and supporting their emotional and physical wellbeing encouraging and promoting independence wherever possible.

Our Team

All residents have care plans tailored to their individual needs and preferences which are used on a daily basis when assisting them with all activities of daily living.

Staff training is of utmost importance to protect our residents within our home and our staff team is led by Niki Crossley, an experienced and extremely dedicated manager. All members of our team are DBS checked and references verified before they start work with the home.



The team share the same vision – ‘residents are at the heart of everything we do’ and everyone works together to make Howards the happy place that it is to live and work in.
